Lee Woon Poo Architect Design Spaces where Nature and People belong We believe in creating value through nature-based development — unlocking land’s hidden potential while ensuring projects remain commercially viable, environmentally responsible, and respectful of the communities they serve. Every design is guided by a commitment to harmonize with nature rather than overwhelm it. Clients trust us because we combine architectural expertise, environmental sensitivity, and problem-solving skills. My strength lies in turning challenges into opportunities — transforming even the most difficult land into thriving, income-generating assets that balance creativity, practicality, and sustainability. Experience & Milestones With over 25 years of experience and more than 100 acres of land and projects developed, we have successfully delivered eco-tourism masterplans, heritage restorations, purpose-built facilities, lifestyle farmsteads, and green-certified buildings — proving that dreams and visions can become reality. What We Can Do for You Land Transformation & Revitalization – Converting steep, “impossible” terrains and neglected lands into safe, functional, and thriving developments. From abandoned hillsides to jungles and farms, I shape them into accessible eco-tourism and leisure destinations. Purpose-Built Development Advisory – Guiding clients outside the traditional property sector to plan and realize specialized projects beyond conventional housing or commercial models. Creating Spaces That Feel Like Home – From bespoke “tiny houses” to retreat-style villas, each design reflects the client’s lifestyle, offering a true home away from the mundane. Comprehensive Architectural Services – Providing end-to-end consultancy, from concept design and regulatory approvals to project coordination and completion, ensuring a seamless project journey.
